Well here we are again the start of spring for another year.

Since my last post I have been around the Queensland and New South Wales country areas promoting, demonstrating the Tensaid 2010.

Recently, I had the pleasure of being apart of Aquip 2005. It was without doubt one of the best shows I have participated in. The organisation was suberb and we met some great Australians, and I was delighted that we were able to pass onto our new clients the benefits of using TENS.

I also did a show at Toowoomba and also met some great people over the four days, and during the three days I met a lady up who was suffering from severe migrane.

She walked up to me and just couldn't focus and I could see she was in severe pain, she asked what the sign with "instant pain relief" was all about.

I explained the benefits of TENS, and advised that research had shown that TENS can actually help relieve the pain of migrain, so instead of hearing my dulcent tones, she was really more interested in getting rid of her pain, so I proceeded to do a quick demonstration on her.

I opted to put a "butterfly" or thoracic pad on her neck to see if this would help her situation. We went through the modes and she has finally came up with the mode that best suited her particular pain.

To her surprise she could feel the pain relief almost immediately.

After 15 minutes on the machine she advised that she would like to purchase the TENS machine. So I said why don't we do the paperwork and I will hook you up to your new machine and you can carry on for the rest of the show in comfort whilst still attached.

The beauty of these machines is that you can wear them around whilst you are going about your business. Please read instuctions prior to use.

Four hours later when the young lady was departing the show she came back to see me and gave me a big thankyou, she had been searching for a natural way of relieving her pain for years and it was certainly very pleasing and gratifying to see someone benefit from her determination and will not to use drugs.

Just goes to show that there is an alternative to using prescription drugs to relieve pain.

Great story and good to see that it had helped her.
