Its time for pain relief

Hi all

Another week closer to Christmas and wow hasn't this year gone quickly.

After doing many shows in NSW and Queensland this year and displaying and demonstrating our Tens Machine we believe its still the best machine available in Australia today.

A small concern doing the shows this year has been some people have purchased our machine based on its merits and walked around the corner and found a competitor with a cheaper machine.

Now I don't have a 30 day money back guarantee but hey I am a nice bloke and if you are genuine in your request I will give you your money back on the day. But as we always say and we have heard from our parents "try before you buy" and "do your homework".

Just for those who choose not to read the 52 page policy, and I can't understand why not, here is a couple of points.

Rights as a trader:

You don't have to provide a refund if the customer
* simply changes their mind or no longer wants the goods or service.
* realises they can't afford the goods or service
* found the same item or service at a cheaper price elsewhere
* chose the wrong size, colour or type of service
* knew about the particular fault prior to purchase
* was resonsible for causing a fault or damage after purchase

The Customer Rights

If customers ask for a return they should,
* report the fault and return the goods within a reasonable time
* provides details of fault
* stop using the goods until they can be returned
* look after the goods until they are returned

Just for the benefit of the competitors who read this blogg, out of the many machines sold this year .002% returned the machines for a refund. And I almost forgot, to the bastard, bastards or group of bastards who stole 12 of my machines from my site at the Australian National Field Days in Orange on Monday 17th October 2005 hope all twelve people who buy them from you actually send them back for a refund, because the more I talk about the theft the more I will pursue this person or persons or group of persons (sic). I will find you one day.

It has made me all the more determined to do more shows next year and really hammer the point home of what a good product range we have.

One thing I won't be doing though is leaving any of my product at any show regardless.

Helpful Hints:

As I tell everyone who buys a machine the pads supplied should last six months. If you are having problems where by the pads have lost some of the stickiness simply wash them under a tap with luke warm water with a bit of dishwashing liquid and rinse under the tap. Don't leave them outside as the ants will attack the gel.
