Warranty on your new TENS machine

Warranty on your new tens machine

The new Logistim TN11, comes with a standard 2 year warranty.

Our staff are available to help you with any of your enquiries or problems you are having with your tens machine, just give us a call on 0409261624 or contact on peter@tens.com.au.

If your old TENS ever breaks down and even if you haven't bought the TENS from TENS Relief you can contact us and we will assist in either helping you fix your machine, find the local distributor, or sell you a new digital TENS unit.

You will be dealing with the importer and Australian distributor for the TENS and not a contractor.

If you have an old analog TENS units you would possibly have a wave form which would be Asymmetrical Bi Phasic which is standard in most conventional TENS units.

Our new machine the Logistim TN11 digital, comes with three wave forms.
Asymmetrical Bi Phasic
Symetrical Bi Phasic
Mono Phasic

No other TENS machine in Australia in this price bracket comes with three wave forms.

Also if you have an old machine and wish to trade up we will give you $50 trade in on a new digital tens no matter what the condition it is in
