OBSTAR TENS FOR CHILDBIRTH
Well we are looking at releasing the new LogiSTIM TNS-OB ObStar.
This machine is directed at drug free child birth.
We have had many couples ask us about the use of TENS during the birth of their child, and the lack of availablity in hospitals or birthing centres.
I have contacted many hospitals and have been either told the impending mother can use their own TENS machine or "we are too busy and simply not interested".
Many mothers have said they would be happy to use the device seeing that it is drug free and if it was available.
Our US supplier has looked at many models and has done many studies and trials and have come up with the medical device his wife belives will be a market leader.
The LogiSTIM TNS-OB ObStar has a boost button on the machine when a contraction starts and when the pain susides you push the boost button again and the machine goes back to low frequency.
Our machine settings are formulated so you will receive optimum pain relief during the birth of your baby and when the baby is born you or your husband can use the machine in non obstar mode.
Let me know if you are interested, if we get a strong response we will look at registering it with the TGA and bringing them in for use.
