Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

We have had a busy year again and now go into our busy Christmas break with friends of customers wanting machines for their parents or friends before old Santa swings down the chimney.

We will be off the radar over Christmas and New Year and hope you are as well.

I always like to pass on info or feedback to our customers, and below is an email i received on 28th Nov 07, the name shall remain anonymous, just say they were a lovely couple we met at a show this year.

Hi Peter
Just a quick note to let you know how I went with the TENS unit. I put the unit on for the recommended hour when I started to have mild contractions every 5min. As I was unsure of whether I was in labour or not (due to the mild contractions I was experiencing) I presented to the hospital, where they told me I was 5cm dilated. So I found the machine to be effective even after the first "endorphin setting" hour. I stayed at the hospital at this point and started to use the settings for the next 2.5hrs. I believe the unit was effective in that it detracted from the pain I was experiencing. I did take it off after this time in favour of a hot shower, but seeing that I delivered within the next 2hrs, I must have used it for most of my contractions!!
Whilst my first labour was quick, this time I was able to go through the whole process using no drugs!! Which I thought was due to the TENS machine getting me through most of my contractions. While I won't be wanting to repeat the process any time soon .... I will be telling my friends and family about the unit. I definitely think it has its place in hospitals. Also I sold a TN11 to a guy at a market last Sunday week, he had a bad foot, (pain, poor circulation) he had many x-rays, been to see specialists, etc etc, you know the story, he came back and spoke to me last Sunday and told me his foot pain was 99% gone. He was skeptical when he tried it, like most people, but again here is the proof.

Another man at another market we do came to us with poor circulation he tried it on his hands. He told me that he could not grip the steering wheel when he drove. The demo lasted 30 minutes, as we were quiet, and after that demo he could close his fist. He didn't buy the machine straight away but I received a cheque yesterday and I sent the machine the same day. Good on you Gary hope you get a lot of use out of it.
